Will adding vinyl siding to my house increase the value of my house?
It is currently covered in this crappy looking white/rubbery thing!
All of the neighbors have vinyl siding.

maybe yes,maybe no
depends on the house and who is looking at it.
Usually the real estate agent will say yes.
Because anything you do to makeit look good will help her/him sell the house and they get thier commission off the top. You however can really get less for the house when you calculate your fixing up expenses into the equation. Kabish??
