How much can vinyl siding increase the value of your home?
Our new house has wood siding that has seen better days. Rather than painting it, we thought about having it sided. Would this increase the value? Siding is virtually maintenance free..........Will it help the resale value in the future?
Answer: People love maintenance free siding (or anything, for that matter!)
